Introduction
Coolnice factory, founded in 2003, has more than 20 years of product R&D and production experience, mainly exported to Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, the Middle East and the domestic market. Dedicated to the R&D and production of outdoor sports products.
With a production area of 10,000 square meters, the average monthly shipment is 100,000 pieces. We have a professional independent R&D and design team (6 graphic designers, 12 appearance designers, 4 structural engineers), with an average of 4-5 new products per month.
With 490+ patents (invention patents, utility model patents, and appearance design patents in China, the European Union, the United States, Japan, and South Korea) and copyrights, the product patent coverage rate is 95%.
Cnd can also cooperate to develop new products. and has cooperated with well-known brands such as Heineken, Coca-Cola, and Disney on gift customization projects, and has experience in cooperation with supermarkets such as Walmart, Tesco, and Costco, etc.

R&D Story
Many sporting friends complain that it is not very convenient to carry a tumbler with a handle when going out. With more and more feedback and complains, we start to study the market and found that the handles of cups on the market are almost the same except for the different styles and designs, and the handles are fixed and cannot be moved.
So, we have a bold idea, can we design a mug with a handle that can be used in a normal state and can be easy to carry out? We started to collect market information, discuss the design direction, investigate customer feedback from all ages and all fields, design the appearance, modify, and discuss.
Finally, after more than three months, we completed the design of the handle, which is the multi-functional handle Tumbler that you see now in the market. Once the product was launched, it was loved by many people, and we cooperated with some well-known brands, such as Heineken and Coca-Cola. I hope this product will be more and more known to the public in the future, and facilitate everyone’s daily life.
